Very fancy expensive Iranian wine bar. Very fortunately, my work was paying. 

There were some nice things, but all in all not super flavorful and I wouldn't go back on my dime for the price. The bread that came with it was this cracker stuff that was nice, but got a bit monotinous as it came with every dish. Highlights were the marinated olives and the chickpea fesenjan, which was very sweet so get it to share. 

Lots of Georgian and Armenian wines were good, I drank a lot!
