Vegan Chinese food at Mini Potstickers in Outer Sunset, San Francisco Bay Area featuring Chongqing noodles, cucumber salad

Remarks

Readers should know that this is on the highest end of the do-not-recommend scale and we do not put it in the same classification as abominations like Cha-ya. However this cannot be recommended. It is serviceable and has nice food. What it feels like is the fast food version of Northern Chinese food: plenty of oil, plenty of wheat. Writing this now, I am overly sweaty.

The thing that was the nicest was the Chongqing noodles. They are an okay version of Chongqing noodles. Similarly the vegetarian dumplings were fine. Also get the cucumber salad. It was crunchy, cold, drenched in sesame oil, and too sweet. Those needing an oil change should stop by.

"This makes it sound like it was awful. It wasn't awful. This doesn't sit right with me. Neither does the food." - oily patron
