This is a place that more assembles food rather than cooks it. But it somewhat rocks. They did a great job heating up the **beyond sausage** and serving it with mid sauerkraut and pickles, and as much mustard as you can pump. 

Their deep fryer works fantastically. The **brussel sprouts** are the most deep fried and crispy ones I've ever had. The potato and sweet potato **fries** were great. 

The sides it does seem like they made themselves. The sugary baked beans are good if you like that kinda thing. And the dill lentils are a strangely good Al dente. 

Dont get the vegan gluten free bread. And the bretzel rolls are not vegan. 

Get a sausage and a beer and have a good time.
